OMEGA
SUPER EASY TO OPERATE MIG/MAG INVERTOR WELDERS FOR 300 A TO 550 A CURRENCIES
The Omega series is designed for use in both small workshops and large-scale production facilities; the welders are easy to operate, infinitely adjustable and fully digital.

The Omega series of welding machines is available with power sources of 3 sizes: 300, 400 and 550 A. The Omega 300 welder is available as an air-cooled (compact) C version. The Omega 400 and 550 welders are available as air- or water-cooled C or S versions, with a separate MWF 27 wire feeder and interchangeable connection cables with quick-connects. IGC (Intelligent Gas Control) is an optional feature available for all models providing high gas consumption savings and optimal gas shielding at all welding current ranges

EASY TO OPERATE
Omega series welders are available with three different control panels: Basic /basic/, Classic /typical/ and Advanced /advanced/. The Basic and Classic panels are manual control panels that allow the machine to be operated in almost the same way as step-regulated welders, but with all the advantages of an inverter-torque welder with infinitely variable control. The synergistic Advanced control panel, on the other hand, is equipped with more than 70 different welding programs.

FROM MIG/MAG PROCESS TO MMA arc welding OR GRAZING
The Advanced control panel makes it easy to switch the Omega welder from synergistic MIG/MAG programs to MMA welding. Gouging is a standard feature of the Omega 550 welder with the Advanced panel.

POWERARC™ FOR THICK BLADE WELDING
The software package for Omega 400 and Omega 550 welders with Advanced control panel also includes PowerArc™ programs.

OMEGA BOOST OR AUTOTRANSFORMER
The Omega 300 welder is available with an electronic voltage booster converter (autotransformer) that allows welding at all single- and three-phase supply voltages. The Omega 400 and Omega 550 welders are available with conventional autotransformers.

REVERSE POLARIZATION
All versions of Omega welders have a reverse polarity function designed for welding with self-serve wires (without gas).

SOLID DRUG FEEDER
A MWF 27 rotary wire feeder equipped with a four-roller feeding system can be attached to the welder. The wire feeder is made of reinforced weather-resistant aluminum. This makes it ideal for heavy-duty work, and its control panel makes it significantly easier to operate the welder on site.

EFFICIENT COOLING
The built-in cooling system keeps the operating temperature of the torch low regardless of the load. This ensures smooth wire feeding and long life of consumable parts.
The Omega 550S welder is equipped with a dual cooling system. When it is paired with a MIG-A Twist type FKS torch with a dual cooling chamber, the user can enjoy optimum working comfort in all working conditions.
