Ordering: the person\/company ordering the goods
The owner of the online store \u201cSpawlab\u201d available at www.spawlab.pl is
Spawlab Jaros\u0142aw Ko\u0142aski 63-700 Krotoszyn akacjowa 15 nip 621-172-10-99
All prices shown in the store are gross prices (include VAT). For each product sold
we issue a receipt or VAT invoice, which is attached to the shipment.
Products offered by Spawlab   Jaroslaw Kolaski are both brand new (with warranty
manufacturer, importer or distributor), free from physical and legal defects and have been legally
introduced into the Polish market and the company Spawlab  Jaroslaw Kolaski offers the sale of used goods
which are sold without manufacturer’s warranty and with the option of warranty excluded. They have all
necessary required certificates. Prior to shipment of used products are examined for compliance with
description, verification of the product condition is carried out to ensure the best quality
services.
Spawlab Jaroslaw Kolaski offer and regulations apply to sales on Polish territory. The sale and
shipment of goods abroad is each time and individually agreed with the Orderer.
Orders may be placed by the Orderers registered on the www.spawlab.pl
website. When registering, you must provide at least the personal information that has been marked as
required.
Orders should be made using the form on the
www.spawlab.pl website.
Orders may also be placed by phone or e-mail. The execution of the order
will take place after the Seller contacts the Ordering Party and confirms
the order.
The Ordering Party is obliged to provide a telephone number or e-mail address with the order, which
will enable the Seller to contact the Ordering Party in order to confirm the order.
The Ordering Party may make changes to the order, but only until the order is processed (until
the moment it is submitted for shipment). Subsequent revisions will be treated as another, separate
order. Making changes, the Ordering Party shall make by contacting by phone or email
with the Seller.
The delivery time of the order depends on the form of payment, the carrier and the
stock status of the goods. Availability is given in the description of each product. It informs how many
working days usually elapse from the moment of order confirmation by the Ordering Party to the moment
of preparation of the ordered goods and shipment.
In case of ordering several products with different lead times, the longest quoted lead time is applicable to the total order
. In the case of splitting an order,
individual shipments may be shipped at different times by prior arrangement
of the Seller with the Orderer.
In the case of ordering a product for a customer (personalized or not) which is not in the company’s stock,
the buyer must be sure about the purchase because the manufacturer’s production of the device for this order <\/p>

non-refundable .The ordered goods are delivered to the address that was specified in the order form.
In case of unavailability of the goods covered by the order or part of it, the Ordering Party is
informed about the status of the order and decides how to fulfill it (partial
fulfillment or cancellation of the entire order).
The seller has the right to withdraw from the execution of the order in case of doubts about
the orderer, his credibility and reliability, which could not be confirmed.
When placing an order, the purchaser agrees to the processing and use of his
personal data for the purpose of processing the order.
If the ordering party, by placing an order, agrees to receive promotional information
regarding products and the www.spawlab.pl store, his correspondence data will be
used to send such information.
Personal data placed in the database of the store are processed exclusively for its needs, not
are and will not be shared with other entities. The data are stored with due
care and are properly protected from access by unauthorized persons, in accordance with
the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 1997 No. 133 item 883).
The Ordering Party has the right to inspect his\/her data, correct them, and request to stop their use
.
The binding and final price is the price of the product given on the Spawlab.pl website at the time of
order placement by the Ordering Party. The total value of the order is given on the website,
after the Orderer selects the form of order delivery and the form of
payment.
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the prices of goods on offer
on an ongoing basis and to carry out and cancel all kinds of promotional actions, including
sales. Introduced changes in the offer do not affect orders placed before the date
of entry into force of such a change: price, conditions of promotional actions or sales, and they will be
implemented on the terms in force at the time of order placement.
Payment for the ordered goods is paid: prepayment on account (that is, payment on account before shipment
of the order). The account number is given in the order confirmation.  <\/p>\n

The goods, in case of availability in stock, are shipped immediately after recording the receipt in our account.<\/p>\n

 In the case of ordering new goods under the customer, which is not in stock and is ordered from the headquarters <\/p>\n

of a given brand is not possible to return or break the order in progress.
Ordered goods are delivered via courier DHL\/Fedex\/DPD (delivery time 1-
3 days), Polish Post (delivery time 1-5 days).
It is possible to collect goods in person at the company’s headquarters, after prior telephone
arrangement. The Ordering Party is charged for delivery costs, which are specified in the section \u201cCosts
delivery\u201d.
Upon receipt, the Ordering Party is obliged to check the shipment in the presence of the courier for its
condition and then confirm the fact of receipt. If the Ordering Party receives
a shipment with traces of mechanical damage or, for example, torn or ripped tapes
wrapping the shipment, it should not accept the shipment and in the presence of the courier draw up an appropriate
damage protocol. This protocol will be the basis for determining the responsibility of the carrier for
the emergence of damage, as well as a condition for the Seller to accept this type of complaint
from the Purchaser. The fact about the damaged shipment or its absence should be immediately reported
to the Seller in order to clarify the matter.
Acceptance by the Ordering Party of a damaged or robbed shipment without writing a damage report
may result in the loss of warranty, guarantee or right to withdraw from the contract.
The company Spawlab Jaroslaw Kolaski reserves the right to exclude the warranty for new and
used devices
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or installation
of the purchased goods.
If, upon receipt of the goods, the Purchaser finds manufacturing defects in the goods, he\/she may exercise
warranty rights directly with the manufacturer of the product or at the indicated services
(applies to products covered by the manufacturer’s warranty).
The Purchaser has the right to lodge a complaint in case of finding the following in the goods delivered
: manufacturing defects, incompatibility of the goods with the goods contained in the order,
mechanical damage caused during transport (after drawing up a damage report and
reporting the fact to the Seller).
In the case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the advertised goods, together with a letter specifying the type
of non-conformity and expectations on how to fulfill our obligations, should be sent back to
at the expense of the Seller, after notifying the Seller of the desire to return the goods.
In the case of an unfounded complaint or damage to the equipment through the fault of the user, all
costs are paid by the Orderer. Complaint processing takes up to 14 working days.
Ordering Consumer has the right to return goods purchased in the online store without
giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of goods, in accordance with the Act of March 2,
2000. \u201cOn the protection of certain consumer rights…\u201d (Journal of Laws No. 22 item 271, as amended). Return of
goods shall be made only at the expense of the Purchaser. Goods should be returned only in
unaltered condition, in original, undamaged packaging, with complete contents.
It is permissible to open the packaging in order to view the goods. The purchaser is obliged to
inform the Seller of his intention to withdraw from the contract. The returned goods are to be
delivered to the specified address along with a written statement of withdrawal from the contract. In
this statement, the Purchaser is also to provide his personal data and information on how
he wishes to collect the amount due, previously paid for the returned goods – by bank transfer (it is necessary to
provide the bank account number) or by postal order (to the address provided). Refund
is made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the return shipment.
In case of failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions for the return of goods, the Seller reserves
the right to withdraw from the contract and not accept the return shipment to the Purchaser.
In the case where the ordering party is a sole proprietor or a
legal entity, the right to such a return does not apply to
Photos of goods posted in the store may sometimes differ from their actual appearance.
However, this does not change their technical characteristics given in the description.

The content of the online store Spawlab.pl does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
The store reserves the right to change the regulations.
The terms and conditions define the rules of shopping at www.spawlab.pl.
Placing and confirming an order is tantamount to acceptance of the terms and conditions.
