\nINDUCTOR 120 is a revolutionary induction heater for fast flameless heating of ferrous metals, aluminum and copper by induction method.<\/p>\n
Using the rules of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a huge amount of heat to a specific spot in just a few seconds to a depth of 4mm. By heating only the selected spot, it does not damage glass, rubber, plastic parts and painted surfaces in the immediate vicinity of the heater’s operation. <\/p>\n
It achieves high output parameters. Built-in liquid cooling system allows for a maximum power output of 12kW. <\/p>\n
Recommended for production applications, e.g., repeated heating of the same workpieces at approximately the same time. The device has been optimized for heating copper so that hard solders can be made. <\/p>\n
It guarantees maximum control of heating during operation. Unlike a gas burner – the induction heater, heating the metal only in a selected place to a temperature of 500-600\u02daC, does not change the technical characteristics of the steel. <\/p>\n
Infinitely adjustable power from 10 – 100 %<\/p>\n
The timer allows automatic termination of heating after a specified time.<\/p>\n
