\"TIG<\/td>\nTIG AC + DC<\/strong> – ADVANCED AC function allows welding with mixed current AC DC- In a single cycle, there is a transition between AC current and DC current with negative polarity DC(-). This cycle repeats throughout the welding process. Mixed current welding, is particularly useful when joining parts of different thicknesses. It also reduces, noise emissions compared to AC welding.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\"MMA<\/td>\nMMA DC+<\/strong> – The MMA method uses a covered electrode, consisting of a metal core covered with a lagging. An electric arc is produced between the end of the electrode and the material to be welded. Arc ignition is produced by touching the end of the electrode to the material to be welded. MMA DC+ means welding with positive polarity – more heat is released in the material and less in the electrode. <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\"MMA<\/td>\nMMA DC-<\/strong> – the difference with MMA DC+ is that the polarity in the MMA DC- mode is negative, so the heat distribution is reversed – more heat is released on the electrode and less in the welded material.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
