Modern and innovative MOFSET technology – this is what the TIGER TIG 200 DC HF PULS inverter welder was designed according to. This product is characterized by the possibility of welding in two methods, which are MMA welding with direct current (DC) covered electrodes and TIG DC\/TIG DC PULS welding. The ability to choose a welding method equals wider application. The TIGER TIG 200 DC HF PULS inverter welder<\/b> is designed for welding with rutile and basic electrodes up to 4 mm in diameter, as well as for welding with tungsten electrodes in an inert gas shield. The device is ideal for welding various types of steel (acid-resistant, carbon, or stainless), as well as for welding non-ferrous metals (titanium or copper), excluding brass and aluminum. <\/p>\n

TIGER TIG 200 DC HF PULS inverter welder – a device with many functions.<\/h2>\n

The TIGER TIG 200 DC HF PULS inverter welder is equipped with a digital, easy-to-read welding current screen. The device allows you to choose operation from three TIG modes, which are: <\/p>\n

  • pulseless operation<\/li>\n
  • High-frequency pulse operation (50-200Hz)<\/li>\n
  • low-frequency pulse operation (0.5-2Hz)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    With the TIG method, after the arc is extinguished, we have the ability to adjust the gas outflow, while the useful TIG DC PULS function controls welding and does not allow burning through a thin component that is less than 1.5mm thick. In non-contact mode (TIG HF), arc ignition takes place. The TIGER TIG 200 DC HF PULS inverter welder<\/b> is additionally equipped with a red LED that communicates when the device is switched off during an overload. <\/p>\n

    • ARC FORCE (arc dynamics): shortens the arc length when increasing the welding current, optimizing the transfer of molten electrode droplets to the welded material, preventing arc extinction when the electrode comes into contact with the welded material<\/li>\n
    • HOT START (hot start): increases welding current during arc ignition to facilitate electrode ignition<\/li>\n
    • ANTI STICK: limits the welding current by preventing the electrode from sticking to the material being welded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
