WELDERS WITH INTRODUCED BENEFITS
\nAutomig\u00b2-i series welders are equipped with a four-roll wire feed system for precise and stable feeding. All versions of the Automig\u00b2 273i offer a reverse polarity function for welding with self-shielded (gas-free) wire. <\/p>\n
MIG BRAZING<\/p>\n
In addition to MIG\/MAG welding, the Automig\u00b2-i series welders allow MIG brazing of galvanized steel sheets. This function maintains the material’s properties of corrosion resistance and strength, and also reduces to a minimum the need to work on the deformations of sheets and profiles created during welding. The result is economical and efficient welding. <\/p>\n
AUTOPULSE\u2122 WITH DUAL PULSE FOR WELDING AND SOLDERING<\/p>\n
The Automig2 273i welder is available with an AUTOPULS\u2122 control panel. The control panel is equipped with an advanced double pulsed current welding function (DUO Plus) providing pulsed wire feeding. This function guarantees better arc control and minimal weld spatter, which translates into maintaining the strength and surface protection of sheet metal and profiles. <\/p>\n
BOOST TO WORK UNDER ANY MAINS VOLTAGE<\/p>\n
All versions of the Automig\u00b2 273i and 273i DUO can be equipped with a Voltage Booster Converter (autotransformer) for welding and brazing at any voltage from single-phase or three-phase mains.<\/p>\n
DUO VERSIONS<\/p>\n
All versions of the Automig\u00b2 are available in a DUO version that has room for two wire spools: one for MIG brazing and the other for other welding work, making it easy to switch between welding tasks without having to change hoses, wires, feeder rolls, as well as gas.<\/p>\n
