The GYSARC 400 A TRI is a professional, three-phase (400V) inverter MMA (Manual Metal Arc) and TIG Lift Arc welder, supplied without standard welding accessories. It is a high-performance unit designed for intensive welding applications in industry, shipyards, mines and other demanding environments. It offers a wide range of welding current adjustment from 20 to 400 amps for both MMA and TIG, allowing welding of a wide variety of materials with electrodes up to 6 mm in diameter (MMA) and precision TIG DC welding with friction ignition (additional TIG holder with gas valve required). <\/p>\n
The GYSARC 400 A TRI features an advanced, reinforced electronic design for maximum productivity even in the toughest conditions. It has a built-in VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) system that, when activated, reduces the idle voltage to a safe 20V, protecting the welder in high-risk areas. <\/p>\n
The welder is equipped with advanced features to facilitate MMA welding:<\/p>\n
Adjustable Hot Start: Facilitates arc ignition, with fine-tuning capability.
\nAdjustable Arc dlace: Allows optimization of arc dynamics, providing better penetration and preventing electrode sticking.
\nAnti-Sticking: Automatically reduces welding current in the event of electrode sticking.
\nElectro-carbon gouging capability: For electrodes up to 6.4 mm in diameter.
\nIn TIG Lift Arc mode, the GYSARC 400 A TRI offers precision welding of carbon steel, stainless steel and other non-ferrous metals. The arc is engaged by gently rubbing the electrode against the material to be welded. The welder also has the option of connecting an optional remote control (RC-HA1). <\/p>\n
The GYSARC 400 A TRI has an easy-to-read display of welding current and voltage, and intuitive control knobs that can be operated even with welding gloves. It is IP23-rated for outdoor use. Cooling of electronic components is optimized thanks to a special ventilation tunnel to protect against dust. <\/p>\n
In this variant, the product is supplied without standard welding accessories, such as electrode holder, ground wire and others.
