The GYS GALAXY 400T DUO is an advanced three-phase (400V) inverter multiprocess current source with two integrated 4-roll wire feeders and MIG\/MAG Pulse function for both feeders. It is a versatile device that offers precise control of welding energy to minimize dedlamation and ensure high weld quality, especially when welding thin minium and stainless steel. Two independent wire feeders allow quick switching between two different weld materials, wires or shielding gases without changing the configuration. The pulse synergy function for both feeders increases welding speed and reduces spatter. <\/p>\n
The GALAXY 400T DUO offers four MIG\/MAG welding modes for each feeder: Standard, Pulse, ModulArc (optimal for minium) and Manual. It features digital arc control with instant ignition and no crater at the end of the weld for both wire feed paths. The Arc Pulse function increases welding speed up to 30%. Each feeder has its own precision wire feed system. <\/p>\n
The welder has two display modes (simple and expert) and an intuitive, multilingual 3.5-inch HMI. It offers more than 35 synergies for different materials (steel, AlMg, AlSi, CrNi, CuSi) for each feeder. Software updates and synergies are available via USB. The device’s memory allows for the storage of up to 200 welding programs (100 per feeder). A settings transfer function allows configurations and programs to be saved and imported via USB. The device allows weld tracking in accordance with EN 3834 and has a welding accessory calibration mode and a user mode. <\/p>\n
Important: The \u201cWITHOUT ACCESSORIES\u201d version means that the set contains only the GALAXY 400T DUO power source with two integrated wire feeders and does not include any additional items such as welding grips (MIG\/MAG – two pieces, MMA, TIG), ground wire, electrode cables, wire feed rollers (for both feeders), gas hoses (two pieces) or other accessories.
