Proper gas distribution is absolutely essential for maintaining a stable and powerful plasma arc, achieving the highest quality cutting of thick materials and maximizing the life of consumables operating at such extreme currents. Regular replacement of a worn or damaged diffuser is critical to maintaining optimal torch performance at this high current range.
