Inspection with a thermal imaging camera

-We use a camera with a resolution of 320 x 240 px ( 640 x 480 pixels with SuperResolution) for inspection.

-Capable of detecting temperature differences as low as 0.12°C due to high thermal sensitivity.

-Possibility of detection from a distance of 10 cm!

-27Hz refresh rate

-With the use of this device, we are able to quickly and efficiently verify and improve the performance of welding equipment.

Signal meters – Oscilloscopes

By using the best oscilloscopes, we can examine the various components on the control boards in the machines in real mode, and find faults very quickly.

actual condition of welding equipment

Needed to test welding equipment for compliance with EN 60974-4.

Validation of welding equipment

According to European Union regulations and guidelines (EN 1090 standard), users of welding equipment are required to perform validation of their welding machines regularly every year.

Thanks to the fact that we have a modern fleet of machines also for validation of welding equipment of any type and manufacturer in accordance with the standards EN 50504: PN-EN 60974-4, carrying out such a test gives you confidence in what the device can do
