Description
The ABICOR BINZEL AUT 36KD 45-degree automatic MIG/MAG welding torch. 4.00m is a high-performance tool designed specifically for integration into automated welding systems such as robotic complexes and specialized welding stations where angled weld access is required. This torch combines the reliability, durability and high efficiency that are the hallmarks of ABICOR BINZEL products – the world leader in welding torches and accessories.
The AUT 36KD model belongs to a series of automatic gas-cooled burners, which ensures an optimal temperature regime during intensive operation. Thanks to its design and the materials used, the burner is able to withstand significant thermal loads, which is crucial for continuous production processes.
One of the key features of this model is the presence of a flexible neck (45°), which greatly facilitates access to hard-to-reach welds and makes it possible to perform welds in complex geometries. In addition, the torch is equipped with a “45 stop.” function, indicating that wire feeding can be controlled directly from the handle (although in automated systems this can be used depending on the configuration).
The torch has a length of 4 meters, providing an extended operating range for larger working areas of automated welding installations. The flexible and wear-resistant hose package ensures reliable delivery of shielding gas and current to the welding zone.
The ergonomic but simplified design of the handle, developed with the requirements of automated work in mind, ensures that the torch is securely clamped in the robot’s handle and optimally positioned in relation to the welding pool.
The AUT 36KD torch is compatible with a wide range of welding wires from 0.8 to 1.2 mm in diameter, making it a versatile tool for welding a variety of steels, including carbon, low-alloy and stainless steels, as well as other metals and alloys.
An industry standard connector is used to connect to the welding power source, ensuring compatibility with most modern welding machines designed for automated MIG/MAG welding.
