The MB 401D 4.00m ERGO is a liquid-cooled MIG/MAG welding chuck from ABICOR BINZEL. It is a high-performance, heavy-duty chuck with an ergonomic “Ergo” handle designed for comfort and control during prolonged welding at high currents. The “D” liquid-cooling system enables excellent load capacity. It is equipped with a ball joint. The chuck has a load capacity of up to 400 A for CO2 and up to 350 A for gas mixtures at 100% duty cycle (thanks to effective liquid cooling). It is designed for wires with a diameter of 1.0 – 1.6 mm. It is the professional choice for demanding welding applications where high performance and long-lasting operation are key. The length of the holder is 4 meters.
