PROGYS 250 TRI with accessories is a professional, three-phase (400V) inverter MMA (Manual Metal Arc) and TIG Lift Arc welder, supplied with a set of accessories. It is a versatile device designed for demanding welding applications. It offers a wide range of welding current adjustment from 10 to 250 amps, allowing welding of a variety of materials with electrodes from 1.6 to 5 mm in diameter (MMA) and precision TIG DC welding with rubbing ignition (additional TIG holder with gas valve required).
The PROGYS 250 TRI features advanced inverter technology with digital control, providing excellent welding performance and a stable arc in both MMA and TIG modes.
The welder is equipped with a number of advanced features to facilitate MMA welding:
Adjustable Hot Start: Facilitates arc ignition, with the ability to precisely adjust to the type of electrode and material being welded.
Adjustable Arclace: Allows optimization of arc dynamics, providing better penetration and preventing electrode sticking.
Anti-Sticking: Automatically reduces welding current in the event of electrode sticking, making it easier to detach the electrode.
Pulsed MMA: Allows welding with pulsed current, which is particularly useful for welding thin materials and in forced positions, improving control of the weld pool and reducing the risk of burn-through.
In TIG Lift Arc mode, the PROGYS 250 TRI offers precision welding of carbon steel, stainless steel and other non-ferrous metals. The arc is engaged by gently rubbing the electrode against the material to be welded, which minimizes the risk of contaminating the weld. The welder also features Gas Post Flow, which allows the shielding gas to flow out after welding, protecting the weld from oxidation and cooling the electrode.
The PROGYS 250 TRI – WITH ACCESSORIES kit usually includes, in addition to the welder itself:
Electrode holder with wire.
Ground wire with clamp.
Basic set of MMA electrodes.
Wire brush with hammer.
Gas hose (if the set includes TIG elements).
PROGYS 250 TRI has an easy-to-read digital control panel, allowing precise adjustment of all welding parameters. It is characterized by a robust design suitable for intensive work in industrial conditions.
