GYS GYSTUD ARCPULL 700 industrial is a three-phase (400 V) high-power inverter arc welder designed for professional and industrial welding of various types of fasteners (pins, female threaded bolts, insulation pins, extractor rings, rivet pull pins, etc.) to minium or steel-based materials. The device offers two modes of operation: synergistic and manual, allowing the parameters to be optimally adjusted for specific applications. Synergic mode provides easy and quick setup using predefined welding programs, while manual mode gives experienced operators full control over the process. The welder has an extensive memory for saving and recalling welding settings. The welding process is based on Drawn Arc ignition technology, which guarantees high quality and repeatable welds. The welding gun is equipped with a linear motor, providing precise control of the welding cycle and arc height. The gun’s extra-long cable (10 meters) significantly increases the working range, allowing welding in hard-to-reach areas without moving the control unit. The unit is ideal for industrial applications, including working with large structures and fasteners remote from the power source.
