GYS NEOPULSE 500 G ROBOT ETHERNET IP kit is an advanced three-phase (400 V) welding kit designed specifically for integration with industrial and collaborative robots (cobots) via Ethernet IP interface. The kit is based on an inverter MIG/MAG NEOPULSE 500 G pulsed current source with a separate NEOFEED-4W wire feeder and built-in liquid cooling system. This package is optimized for external control by a robot, enabling precise and repeatable welding in automated processes at higher welding currents.
The NEOPULSE 500 G offers multiprocessing (MIG/MAG pulse, MMA, TIG Lift), ultra-high productivity (500 A), advanced MIG/MAG Pulse function, and extensive synergistic welding programs for various materials that can be controlled by the robot system. An Ethernet IP interface provides fast and reliable communication between the welder and the robot controller, allowing full control over welding parameters and duty cycle. A built-in liquid cooling system is essential for intensive operation in automated welding applications, especially at higher currents.
