GYSMI 160 P with carrying case is a compact and lightweight inverter MMA (Manual Metal Arc) welder for welding with covered electrode, supplied in a practical carrying case. It is a single-phase device powered by 230V and protected by a 16A fuse. It offers adjustable welding current in the range of 10 to 160 amperes, allowing welding of steel, cast iron and stainless steel with electrodes from 1.6 to 4 mm in diameter.

The GYSMI 160 P uses advanced inverter technology with microprocessor control, which ensures excellent welding properties and a stable arc. A carrying case makes it easy to store and carry the welder and its accessories, making it ideal for jobs in various locations.

The welder is equipped with advanced features to make welding easier:

Hot Start: makes it easier to strike an arc by increasing the current at the beginning of welding.
Anti-Sticking: prevents the electrode from sticking to the material to be welded by reducing the current.
Arc dlace: automatically adjusts the welding current to maintain a stable arc, even when the distance between the electrode and the material to be welded changes.
In addition to the welder itself and the case, the kit usually includes a ground cable with clamp and an electrode holder. The compact size and low weight (about 2.9 kg of the welder itself) make the GYSMI 160 P with carrying case extremely handy and easy to transport. It is an excellent choice for both hobbyists and professionals looking for a mobile and powerful welder for a variety of welding jobs. In addition, the welder is compatible with generators (+/- 15% voltage adjustment) and protected against surges up to 400V (PROTEC 400). There is also the possibility of DC TIG welding with rubbing ignition (additional TIG holder with gas valve required).
