Type E 23 12 L / E309L-17 covered rutile electrode for dissimilar electrode welding and surfacing. Designed for superior weld quality and easy handling with AC or DC power. High current capacity with minimal spatter formation. Self-flowing slag, smooth and clean weld profile. Operating temperature from -60°C to 300°C and for surfacing at temperatures up to 400°C.
