TERRA 320, 400 and 500 are a complete series of three-phase
welders for MIG/MAG wire welding in standard mode. These units are based on the patented Three Level® inverter technology, which has been successfully proven in practical use for many years. The use of inverter technology enables greater mobility and reduced energy consumption compared to traditional electromechanical devices. In combination with the WF 430 wire feeder, the welder creates a handy and functional device with easy and intuitive adjustments. In addition to the basic welding mode, the WF 430 Smart and RAPIDEEP STEEL models offer a synergy welding function to optimize work. The RAPIDEEP STEEL model also enables electrode welding (MMA). WF 430/WF 330 wire feeder
With their mobility, light weight and extremely useful functions, the WF 430 / WF 330 wire feeders represent a whole new quality. Made of aluminum and plastic, the housing is extremely robust and suitable for the toughest conditions. The feeders are available in CLASSIC, SMART and RAPIDEEP STEEL versions. The RAPIDEEP STEEL model is equipped with an optical encoder to control motor operation, and also allows the connection of UP&DOWN handles. The WF 330 model is equipped with an external spool holder. WF 430 / WF 330 feeders with a two-roller drive can be upgraded to a four-roller drive and equipped with standard wheels with a diameter of 63 mm or larger wheels with a diameter of 125 mm. WF 430 / WF 330 are adapted for connection of PUSH PULL handles.

Two convenient control knobs allow you to set the wire feed speed and welding voltage, which are displayed on an easy-to-read display. The control panel also features soft-start and burn-back functions, which are activated by pressing the corresponding buttons. The TERRA WF control panels have an innovative function , which allows the user to adjust the reactivity of the welding arc to the material to be welded and the shape of the weld. The WF 430 / WF 330 also offers a choice of electrode or MIG/MAG welding processes. In addition, it has built-in VRD protection for stabilizing the idle voltage.

The RAPIDEEP STEEL version offers
advanced users solutions based on years of experience in MIG/MAG welding. The panel allows full management of the synergic welding process according to a preset program, which can be selected from more than 40 available factory programs or created independently. All programs can be easily recalled from memory, so you have the right ready settings at hand in any situation. The WF 430 / WF 330 also offers a choice of electrode welding, manual MIG/MAG welding or synergic MIG/MAG welding, and additionally has built-in VRD protection for idle voltage stabilization.
COOLING UNIT WU 230
Complementing the TERRA
320, 400 and 500 MSE welders is the new WU 230 cooler equipped with a centrifugal pump and pressure switch. The welder controls the operation of the cooler according to the required cooling level. Coolant connections are available at both the front and rear of the cooler.
