Innovative Tig Systems The Uranos NX is an inverter welding machine for TIG welding.
TIG AC/DC HF and LIFT and electrode (MMA). Thanks to its wide range of functions and technological solutions, it is eagerly used in all fields of application where high quality and precision are required, as in stainless steel welding.
IPANEL
Uranos NX welders are equipped with iPanel series control panels, with a 3.5″ display and an extremely easy-to-use interface, unique in its field of application. The new control panel with convenient and functional buttons and dial allows setting all welding parameters.
In addition, from the standard screen (XE) you can switch to the advanced (XA) and professional (XP) setting screens, depending on your specific and complex needs.
CLEAR DATA DISPLAY IN REAL TIME
The iPanel gives all the main data of the welding process in large and unambiguous characters, numbers and symbols, displayed on a synoptic screen providing a comprehensive overview and full control of the process.
TIG WELDING SUITABLE IN ANY SITUATION
Countless possibilities for adjusting operating parameters on the control panel allow you to adjust the characteristics of the TIG welding process according to your needs. When you enter Set Up mode, you can set the gas discharge time before and after arc ignition, the starting and ending current, the current in Bi-level mode, the current decrease and increase time, the frequency in fast-pulse mode and many other functions.
CUSTOMIZATION OF WELDING PROGRAMS
All settings selected during welding can be easily stored in memory under a user-selected name so that they can be quickly recalled either from the welder or from the remote control. In this way, you can create your own archive of welding programs tailored to a variety of situations. The technical service is constantly expanding its experience and is able to offer appropriate solutions, taking into account the special needs of customers.
ADVANCED SOLUTIONS
Uranos NX welders are part of the greenWave® range, designed to save energy in accordance with EN 61000- 3-12 and to be more socially responsible towards the environment. The Uranos NX models use U.P.F.R. technology for power factor correction, which provides the highest performance with low mains power consumption, and can be connected to the Weld@Net system for complete and efficient management of the welding process using several welders simultaneously.
WU 1000 SERIES COOLING UNIT
WU 1000 series cooling units are equipped with a high-power, low-noise centrifugal pump. Direct control allows the pump to be adjusted according to the actual cooling requirements of the chuck. The units also have a built-in coolant flow control device (flow meter) and an LED display indicating the coolant temperature.
BUS COMMUNICATION
The system has been designed to be fully immune to electromagnetic interference, so as to enable secure and fast (500 kbps) transmission of the data contained in the system, as well as to update/adjust device parameters and perform diagnostics.

ST 1000
To enable users to take full advantage of all the possibilities of TIG welding, the ST 1000 series TIG handles have been designed and manufactured, which are ideal for TIG welding thanks to their precision and robustness. Up&Down and Digitig versions are equipped with controls located on the handle, with which you can adjust a number of parameters and recall the selected welding program
