The GYS 105 CT – FUEL is a powerful three-phase (400 V) plasma cutter with a cutting current of up to 105 A, designed for the most demanding industrial applications and heavy-duty work. It features a very robust mechanical design and an intuitive digital control panel. It can cut a wide range of metals, including steel (mild, stainless, hardened, HLE), minium, copper and others, with a maximum cut thickness of up to 40 mm (clean cut up to 30 mm depending on material and settings). The machine offers advanced features, including 4 operating modes: sheet cutting (continuous), mesh cutting, gouging and spot welding. It is equipped with contactless arc ignition (HF-free), which eliminates the risk of electromagnetic interference. The cutter comes standard for use with automatic CNC cutting tables thanks to a built-in interface. It has automatic torch detection and configuration (manual or automatic). The PFC (Power Factor Correction) function ensures optimal energy efficiency and stable operation. The set does not include a plasma torch, which must be purchased separately. Recommended torches are MT-105 (manual) or AT-105 (automatic).
