Their geometry is tailored to produce a wider and less concentrated plasma arc, ideal for faster weld removal, more intensive edge preparation for welding or removal of larger defective layers of material. Made of durable heat- and erosion-resistant materials, they provide stable operation and long life during gouging operations in the 65-85A current range. Regular replacement of worn nozzles is essential to maintain optimum performance of the gouging process.
