GYS EXAFEED-4L is an advanced external wire feeder designed to work exclusively with GYS EXAGON 400 series welding power sources. It allows full control of welding parameters. It is compatible with both gas-cooled (AIR) and liquid-cooled (WATER) holders. Equipped with a powerful 4-roller wire feeding mechanism (100 W) with electronic control, it provides precise and stable feeding of steel and stainless steel wire from 0.6 to 1.6 mm in diameter, mini wire from 1.0 to 1.6 mm, and core wire from 0.9 to 2.4 mm. It features a high duty cycle (500 A at 60%). It has an intuitive interface with the ability to adjust voltage, wire feed speed and inductance directly from the panel. It offers 2T/4T modes and SPOT and SPOT-DELAY functions, as well as 5 advanced settings (Pre-gas, Hotstart, Creep speed, Burnback, Post-gas) and memory for up to 50 programs.
