EXAGON 400 FLEX CC/CV is a professional, three-phase (400V) inverter welding machine with versatile applications, combining MMA (Manual Metal Arc), MIG/MAG (Metal Inert Gas/Metal Active Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) DC welding functions with Lift Arc ignition, as well as electro-carbon gouging. It is a high-tech machine with a flexible wire feed system, designed for intensive welding work in industry, shipyards, construction and other demanding environments.
A key feature of the “FLEX” version is a built-in, intelligent interface that allows easy connection of both built-in and external wire feeders (optional). This gives the user the flexibility to adapt the configuration to specific welding needs and operating conditions.
The welder offers both constant current (CC) mode for MMA and TIG welding and constant voltage (CV) mode for MIG/MAG welding. It provides a wide range of welding current adjustment up to 400 amps, allowing it to work with a variety of materials and thicknesses.

Robust design: Reinforced housing and resistance to dust and moisture ingress (IP23) for indoor and outdoor use.
Intuitive control panel: Clear display, simple adjustments, up to 50 programs can be saved for each process.
Features to make MMA welding easier: Adjustable Hot Start, Adjustable Arclace, Anti-Sticking, VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) with activation (lowers the idle voltage to <35V for safety).
Features to make TIG welding easier: Lift Arc Initiating, Gas Post Flow function.
Possibility of connecting a remote control (optional).
Compatibility with generators: +/- 15% (automatic voltage regulation recommended, min. 36 kVA / 30 kW).
Can be connected to welding robots (optional module).

Variant “WITHOUT ACCESSORIES” means that the welder is delivered without standard welding accessories such as MMA electrode holder, MIG/MAG holder, TIG holder, ground wire, gas regulator, wire feeder, etc. The user must buy them separately, adapting them to his specific needs and welding methods. The “FLEX” version also does not include the built-in wire feeder, which may be available in other “FLEX kit” configurations.
