The EXAGON MAG A6 set is an advanced, professional, three-phase (400V) MIG/MAG (Metal Inert Gas/Metal Active Gas) welding set from GYS. It is a versatile solution that combines a high-performance EXAGON 400 CC/CV inverter welder with a separate NOMADFEED 425-4 mobile wire feeder and a complete set of gas-cooled welding accessories. This package is designed for intensive and demanding welding work in industry, construction sites and other harsh environments where wire feeder mobility is crucial.
Key features of the EXAGON 400 CC/CV welder (included in the kit):
Multiprocessing: Allows MIG/MAG (solid and powder wire), MMA (electrodes up to Ø 6 mm, including cellulose and pulse), DC TIG with Lift Arc ignition, and electro-carbon gouging (up to Ø 6.4 mm).
High efficiency and duty cycle: Up to 400A at 60% (at 40°C).
Advanced Inverter Technology: Provides a stable arc and excellent welding properties.
Intuitive control panel: Clear display, simple adjustments, memory for up to 50 programs for each process.
Robust industrial design: Reinforced housing with IP23 protection for indoor and outdoor use.
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device): An optional function that reduces the idle voltage for increased safety.
