The GYS GALAXY 400T G is an advanced three-phase (400V) inverter multiprocess current source designed for professional MIG/MAG (with pulse), MMA (shielded electrode) and TIG Lift (with pulse) welding applications. It is a versatile device that offers precise control of welding energy to minimize dedlamation and ensure high quality welds, especially when welding thin minium and stainless steel. The pulse synergy function increases welding speed and reduces spatter.
The GALAXY 400T G offers four MIG/MAG welding modes: Standard, Pulsation, ModulArc (optimal to minium) and Manual. It features digital arc control with instant ignition and no crater at the end of the weld. The Arc Pulse function increases welding speed up to 30%. The unit features a 4-roller motorized wire feeder with a digital encoder for precise wire feeding.
The welder has two display modes (simple and expert) and an intuitive 3.5-inch multilingual HMI. It offers more than 35 synergies for various materials (steel, AlMg, AlSi, CrNi, CuSi). Software and synergy updates are available via USB. The device’s memory allows for the storage of up to 200 welding programs. A settings transfer function allows saving and importing configurations and programs via USB. The device allows weld tracking in accordance with EN 3834 and has a welding accessory calibration mode and a user mode.
Important: The “WITHOUT ACCESSORIES” version means that the kit contains only the GALAXY 400T G power source and does not include any additional items such as welding grips (MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG), ground wire, electrode cables, wire feed rollers, gas hoses or other accessories. All these components must be purchased separately.
