The GYS GALAXY 400T W 2 kit is an advanced professional welding kit based on the GALAXY 400T W three-phase (400V) inverter multiprocess welder with built-in liquid cooling and MIG/MAG Pulse function. This all-in-one package offers versatile MIG/MAG (pulse), MMA (shielded electrode) and TIG Lift (pulse) welding capabilities, along with an extensive accessory kit to increase the comdlat and efficiency of heavy-duty use and welding of various materials. The welder features precise control of welding energy, minimizing dedlamation and ensuring high weld quality, especially when welding minium and stainless steel. The built-in liquid cooling system allows for prolonged operation at high currents without overheating the MIG/MAG handle.
The GALAXY 400T W offers four MIG/MAG welding modes: Standard, Pulsation, ModulArc (optimal to minium) and Manual. It features digital arc control with instant ignition and no crater at the end of the weld. The Arc Pulse function increases welding speed up to 30%. It is equipped with a 4-roller motorized wire feeder with a digital encoder for precise wire feeding. The welder features two display modes (simple and expert), an intuitive HMI, more than 35 synergies, memory for 200 welding programs, and the ability to update and transfer settings via USB. It allows weld tracking in accordance with EN 3834.
The GALAXY 400T W 2 kit is characterized by an expanded set of accessories compared to the basic “with accessories” version, often including additional components to facilitate welding of various materials (including minium) and increase the comdlat of work with intensive use.
