GYSARC 160 with carrying case is an ultra-compact and lightweight inverter MMA (Manual Metal Arc) welder for welding with covered electrode, supplied in a practical carrying case. It is a single-phase device powered by 230V and protected by a 16A fuse. It offers adjustable welding current in the range of 10 to 160 amperes, allowing welding of steel, cast iron and stainless steel up to 10 mm thick.

The welder is compatible with electrodes from 1.6 to 4 mm in diameter, including rutile, alkaline, stainless and cast iron. It uses IGBT inverter technology, which provides excellent welding properties and arc stability.

The GYSARC 160 with carrying case is equipped with features to make welding easier:

Hot Start: makes it easier to strike an arc by increasing the current at the beginning of welding.
Anti-Sticking: prevents the electrode from sticking to the material being welded by reducing the current.
Arc dlace: stabilizes the welding arc by automatically adjusting the voltage according to the arc length.
The carrying case makes it easy to store and carry the welder and its accessories. The kit with a model with a carrying case usually includes a ground cable (1.6 m / 16 mm²), an electrode holder (1.6 m / 16 mm²) and the case itself. Sometimes the kit may include additional accessories, such as electrodes, gloves and a welding mask, depending on the specific offering.

The GYSARC 160 with carrying case features an intuitive control panel with a single knob for adjusting welding current. It also features thermal protection and overvoltage protection. Its portability, versatility and convenience of transport and storage make it an excellent choice for hobbyists as well as for lighter professional work performed in various locations.
