GYSMI E163 with carrying case is a modern microprocessor-controlled inverter MMA (Manual Metal Arc) welder, supplied in a practical carrying case. It is a single-phase device powered by 230V and protected by a 16A fuse. It offers adjustable welding current in the range of 10 to 160 amperes, allowing welding of a variety of materials with electrodes with a diameter of 1.6 to 4 mm (rutile, alkaline, stainless, cast iron).

The GYSMI E163 welder features advanced arc dynamics, providing excellent welding properties for all types of electrodes. It is equipped with a number of functions to make welding easier:

Adjustable Hot Start: Facilitates arc ignition, adaptable to the type of material being welded (low for thin sheets, high for hard-to-weld materials).
Anti-Sticking: Prevents the electrode from sticking to the material being welded.
Arclace: Stabilizes the welding arc by automatically adjusting the current according to the arc length.
MMA Pulse: The MMA pulse welding function, ideal for bottom-up (PF) vertical welding, reduces weld heat-up and stabilizes the weld pool.
Auto Down Slope (TIG): Automatic arc extinction for TIG Lift Arc welding to prevent craters (additional TIG handle with gas valve required).
TIG Lift Arc: Enables DC TIG welding with friction ignition (additional TIG handle with gas valve required).
The welder has a digital control panel with a touch interface and display, which ensures precise and easy setting of welding parameters. It is protected against overvoltage up to 400V (PROTEC 400) and is suitable for use with generators (+/- 15% voltage adjustment).

The case includes a ground cable with clamp and an electrode holder. The compact design and low weight (about 4.6 kg of the welder itself), as well as the carrying case, ensure that the device is easy to carry and store.
