The GYS PLASMA NEOCUT 125 A2 kit is an advanced and professional automated plasma cutting kit based on the powerful NEOCUT 125 three-phase (400 V) plasma cutter. It is a device with a cutting current of up to 125 A, designed for the most demanding industrial applications and heavy-duty work, with particular emphasis on integration with advanced CNC systems. It features an extremely robust mechanical design and an intuitive color OLED display. It can cut a wide range of metals, including steel (mild, stainless, hardened, HLE), minium, copper and others, with a maximum cut thickness of up to 57 mm (clean cut up to 40 mm for steel, 32 mm for minium/stainless steel – data from various sources). The machine offers advanced features, including 6 operating modes (standard cutting, trigger-lock cutting, gouging, trigger-lock gouging, perlaminated sheet cutting, marking) and automatic air pressure management with CNC control. It is equipped with contactless arc ignition (HF-free) and a built-in, powerful CNC interface with various control options. It has a built-in consumable counter and an advanced pneumatic diagnostic function. This complete kit includes a professional AUTO TORCH A161 6-meter plasma torch dedicated to advanced cutting systems (CNC) with the ability to control additional torch functions.
