The GYS PLASMA NEOCUT 125 A3 kit is the most advanced and professional set for fully automated plasma cutting, based on the extremely powerful NEOCUT 125 three-phase (400 V) plasma cutter. It is a device with a cutting current of up to 125 A, designed for the most demanding industrial applications and work in the toughest conditions, with an absolute emphasis on integration with highly advanced CNC systems. It features an extremely robust mechanical design and an intuitive color OLED display. It can cut a wide range of metals, including steel (mild, stainless, hardened, HLE), minium, copper and others, with a maximum cut thickness of up to 57 mm (clean cut up to 40 mm for steel, 32 mm for minium/stainless steel – data from various sources). The machine offers extensive features, including 6 operating modes and fully automatic gas flow and pressure management with precise CNC control. It features contactless arc ignition (HF-free) and a built-in, most advanced CNC interface with numerous control options, including BUS communication protocols. It has an advanced consumable monitoring system and extensive multi-level gas and pneumatic diagnostics. This most advanced kit includes a professional, fully automatic AUTO TORCH A161 6-meter plasma torch, dedicated to highly advanced cutting systems (CNC) with full control of all torch parameters and an integrated quick-change head system.
