The GYS NEOMIG-i 400 G is an advanced three-phase (400V) multiprocess current source with separate wire feeder, designed for professional MIG/MAG, MMA (shielded electrode) and TIG Lift welding applications. Advanced digital technology and 100% duty cycle ensure excellent welding arc characteristics in industrial MIG/MAG applications. Integrated synergies significantly simplify setup and reduce welding spatter. When connected to a WF wire feeder (WF 35 – 075078 or WF 50 – 075108, optional), the unit offers precise control of welding parameters, guaranteeing the highest quality welds.
The NEOMIG-i 400 G allows welding with steel and stainless steel wires (0.6 – 1.6 mm), mini wires (0.8 – 1.6 mm), CuSi and CuAl wires (0.8 – 1.6 mm), and flux cored wires (0.9 – 2.4 mm with reversible polarity). The MMA DC mode offers welding with alkaline and rutile electrodes, as well as cellulose electrodes. There is also a TIG DC Lift mode with pulsation option and an arc-air gouging function.
The device has specific synergies for steel, AlMg, AlSi, CrNi and CuSi. After entering three pieces of data (wire diameter, material/gas and thickness), the NEOMIG-i 400 G automatically selects the optimal welding parameters. Software and synergy updates are available via USB memory stick. Up to 200 welding programs (Job) can be saved for repetitive tasks.
Important: The “NO” version means that the kit contains only the NEOMIG-i 400 G power source and does not include any additional components such as wire feeder, welding grips (MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG), ground wire, electrode cables, wire feed rollers, gas hoses or other accessories. All these components must be purchased separately.
