The GYS NEOMIG-i 500 G W 1 kit is a professional welding kit based on the powerful NEOMIG-i 500 G three-phase (400V) multiprocess power source with WF 35 external wire feeder and built-in liquid cooling system. This package is designed for the most intensive industrial applications, offering versatile MIG/MAG (synergic and manual), MMA (shielded electrode) and TIG Lift welding with optimal cooling of the welding torch at extreme currents.
The NEOMIG-i 500 G current source features advanced digital technology and 100% duty cycle at 500A, providing excellent welding arc characteristics under the toughest conditions. Integrated synergies significantly simplify MIG/MAG welding parameter settings, minimizing spatter. The WF 35 external wire feeder ensures stable and precise wire feeding. The built-in liquid cooling system enables prolonged operation at very high currents without overheating the handle.
