GYS NEOPULSE 220 C XL is a single-phase (230V), portable inverter multiprocess welder with MIG/MAG Pulse function, extended by a transport cart with space for a gas cylinder. It is an advanced and versatile device, ideal for precision welding of various materials, especially minium, stainless steel and thin steel sheets, offering additional mobility and convenience of use thanks to the built-in cart. The MIG/MAG pulse function significantly improves weld quality, reduces spatter, increases welding speed and minimizes the risk of material dedlamation.
The NEOPULSE 220 C XL offers optimal welding performance thanks to its advanced arc control. It has synergistic programs that make it easy to set welding parameters depending on the material to be welded, wire diameter and material thickness. It allows MIG/MAG (single and double pulse), MMA (shielded electrode) and TIG Lift welding.
The welder is equipped with a professional 4-roller wire feeder, providing stable and smooth feeding of wire with a diameter of 0.6 to 1.0 mm (for steel and stainless) and 0.8 to 1.0 mm (for minium). It has an intuitive control panel with a digital display for precise adjustment of welding parameters. The built-in transport cart with sturdy wheels and a gas cylinder holder makes it significantly easier to move the welder in the workshop or on the construction site.
