The GYS NEOPULSE 220C A2 kit is a specially configured welding kit based on the NEOPULSE 220 C single-phase (230V) portable inverter multiprocess welder, optimized for minium welding. The kit includes a welder equipped with MIG/MAG Pulse function (including double pulse) and a dedicated GYS EASYMIG 150 welding chuck with Teflon guide and minium wire feed rollers. It is ideal for professionals looking for high-quality welds when welding minium and its alloys with minimal spatter, excellent arc control and reduced risk of overheating thin materials thanks to advanced pulse technology.
The NEOPULSE 220 C offers advanced arc control and synergistic programs tailored for minium (AlSi and AlMg) welding. The MIG/MAG pulse function (including double pulse) is key to achieving aesthetically pleasing and durable minium welds, minimizing spatter and providing better control of the weld pool. The welder also allows MMA (shielded electrode) and TIG Lift welding. It is equipped with a professional 4-roll wire feeder, ensuring stable feeding of soft mini wire. The intuitive control panel with digital display facilitates precise adjustment of minium welding parameters. The compact and lightweight design provides mobility and convenience.
This special A2 package includes a dedicated GYS EASYMIG 150 holder with a Teflon guide (essential for proper feeding of soft minium wire) and minium wire feed rollers, making it ready for minium welding right out of the box.
