GYS NEOPULSE 320 C W4 COBOT kit is an advanced three-phase (400V) welding kit with integrated liquid cooling system, specifically designed for integration with collaborative robots (cobots) equipped with ISO-9409-1 A50 interface. The kit is based on the NEOPULSE 320 C inverter multiprocess welder with advanced MIG/MAG Pulse function (standard and double pulse). Built-in liquid cooling allows long-term operation at higher currents, which is important in automated welding processes. It is ideal for welding automation, offering precise arc control and optimal welding performance for a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel and minium, in a robotic environment.
The NEOPULSE 320 C offers extensive adjustable welding parameters and synergistic programs that can be controlled externally by the robot. Advanced pulsed MIG/MAG technology ensures high weld quality, minimizes spatter and increases welding process efficiency in robotic applications. The welder allows welding with MIG/MAG methods and has the communication interfaces necessary for integration with cobots.
