GYS NEOPULSE 320C W3 kit is a professional welding kit based on the NEOPULSE 320 C three-phase (400V) inverter multiprocess welder, specially configured for advanced minium welding. The kit features a built-in liquid cooling system and includes two dedicated liquid-cooled MIG/MAG chucks with Teflon guides (one 3m long, the other 4m long), two sets of minium wire feed rollers (for different diameters), a mass cable and a transport cart with space for two gas cylinders. It is ideal for professionals who work intensively with minium and need flexibility in handle length and the ability to quickly change configurations for different welding tasks. The advanced MIG/MAG Pulse function (standard and double pulse) ensures the highest quality minium welds.
The NEOPULSE 320 C offers extensive welding parameter adjustment capabilities and synergistic programs dedicated to minium welding (AlSi and AlMg). The built-in liquid cooling system allows long-lasting operation without overheating the handle, which is crucial at higher minium welding currents. The welder also allows welding with MMA (shielded electrode) and TIG Lift methods. It is equipped with a powerful 4-roll wire feeder, guaranteeing stable feeding of soft minium wire. The intuitive LCD color control panel makes it easy to precisely adjust minium welding parameters. A sturdy transport cart with space for two gas cylinders provides mobility and convenience for working with different shielding gases or a larger supply of gas.
