GYS NEOPULSE 400 CW 2 kit – is a professional welding kit based on NEOPULSE 400 CW three-phase (400V) inverter multiprocess welder with built-in liquid cooling system, specially configured for intensive minium welding. The kit includes a dedicated liquid-cooled MIG/MAG chuck with a Teflon guide, minium wire feed rollers and a transport cart with space for a gas cylinder. It is ideal for professionals working for long periods of time with high welding currents of minium and its alloys, providing superior weld quality, minimal spatter, excellent arc control and reduced risk of overheating thin materials thanks to the advanced MIG/MAG Pulse function (standard and double pulse). A Teflon guide in the handle is essential for proper feeding of soft mini wire.
The NEOPULSE 400 CW offers extensive welding parameter adjustment capabilities and synergistic programs dedicated to minium (AlSi and AlMg) welding. The built-in liquid cooling system allows long-lasting operation without overheating the handle, which is crucial at higher minium welding currents. The welder also allows welding with MMA (shielded electrode) and TIG Lift methods. It is equipped with a powerful 4-roll wire feeder, guaranteeing stable and precise feeding of soft minium wire. The intuitive LCD color control panel makes it easy to precisely adjust minium welding parameters. A sturdy transport cart provides mobility and convenient storage of the gas cylinder.
