GYS NEOPULSE 400 G W2 set – is a professional welding set based on a three-phase (400 V) inverter MIG/MAG NEOPULSE 400 G pulse current source with a separate NEOFEED-4W wire feeder, specially configured for intensive welding of minium and its alloys. The kit features a built-in liquid cooling system and includes a liquid-cooled MIG/MAG chuck with Teflon guide, minium wire feed rollers and a transport cart with space for a gas cylinder. It is ideal for professionals working for long periods with higher minium welding currents, providing superior weld quality, minimal spatter, excellent arc control and reduced risk of overheating thin materials. A Teflon guide in the holder is essential for proper feeding of soft minium wire.
The NEOPULSE 400 G offers extensive welding parameter adjustment capabilities and synergistic programs dedicated to minium welding (AlSi and AlMg). A built-in liquid cooling system enables long-lasting operation without overheating the handle, which is crucial at higher minium welding currents. A separate NEOFEED-4W 4-roller wire feeder ensures stable and precise feeding of minium wire. The welder also allows MMA (shielded electrode) and TIG Lift welding methods. The intuitive control panel makes it easy to precisely adjust the minium welding parameters. A robust transport cart provides mobility and convenient storage of the gas cylinder.
