GYS NEOPULSE 400 G W4 Dual Wire Feeder Kit – is an advanced three-phase (400 V) welding kit based on the NEOPULSE 400 G inverter pulsed MIG/MAG power source with built-in liquid cooling system and TWO separate, REMOTE CONTROLLED NEOFEED-4W RC wire feeders. It is a highly versatile solution designed for heavy duty welding of both steel and stainless steel and minium with the ability to remotely change welding parameters at each feeder. The kit includes two MIG/MAG holders (one with a steel/graphite guide for steel, the other with a Teflon guide for minium), two sets of wire feed rollers (steel and minium), and a transport cart with space for two gas cylinders.
With two separate remote-controlled wire feeders, the user can have two different types of wire loaded at the same time and precisely adjust the welding parameters directly from each feeder, which increases the comdlat and efficiency of work, especially when welding large structures or in hard-to-reach areas. The NEOPULSE 400 G offers extensive adjustment of welding parameters and synergistic programs dedicated to both groups of materials. The built-in liquid cooling system allows long-term operation with high currents. A transport cart for two gas cylinders increases mobility and allows convenient use of various shielding gases.
This special W4 Dual Wire Feeder Package includes two remote-controlled wire feeders, two MIG/MAG chucks (for steel and minium), two sets of feed rollers and a carriage for two cylinders, offering the highest level of flexibility and control when welding different materials.
