GYS NEOPULSE 500 G W1 set – is a professional welding set based on a three-phase (400 V) inverter MIG/MAG NEOPULSE 500 G pulse current source with a separate NEOFEED-4W wire feeder and built-in liquid cooling system. The kit is specially configured for heavy-duty welding of steel and stainless steel. It includes a liquid-cooled MIG/MAG chuck, steel wire feed rollers, ground wire and a transport cart with space for a gas cylinder. It is ideal for professionals working for long periods of time at higher welding currents for carbon and stainless steel, providing superior weld quality, minimal spatter and compdlat work due to the chuck cooling. The advanced MIG/MAG Pulse function further optimizes the welding process for these materials.
The NEOPULSE 500 G offers multiprocessing (MIG/MAG pulse, MMA, TIG Lift), ultra-high capacity (500 A), advanced MIG/MAG Pulse function and extensive synergistic programs dedicated to welding steel and stainless steel. A separate NEOFEED-4W wire feeder with 4-roll mechanism ensures stable wire feeding. The built-in liquid cooling system allows long-lasting operation without overheating the handle. Robust transport cart provides mobility and convenient storage of the gas cylinder.
