PROGYS 200 CEL with accessories is a professional, single-phase inverter MMA (Manual Metal Arc) and TIG Lift Arc welder, specially designed for welding with cellulose electrodes (E6010). It is a versatile device powered by 230V and protected by a 16A fuse. It offers adjustable welding current in the range of 10 to 200 amps, allowing welding of a variety of materials with electrodes from 1.6 to 5 mm in diameter (MMA, including cellulose electrodes), as well as precision TIG DC welding with rubbing ignition (additional TIG holder with gas valve required).
The PROGYS 200 CEL features advanced inverter technology with digital control, optimized for a stable arc and excellent welding performance, especially when using cellulose electrodes, which are known to be difficult to weld.
The welder is equipped with a number of advanced features to facilitate MMA welding:
Adjustable Hot Start: Facilitates arc ignition, with the ability to precisely adjust to the type of electrode and material being welded.
Adjustable Arc dlace: Specially tuned for stable welding with cellulose electrodes, ensuring deep penetration and minimal electrode sticking.
Anti-Sticking: Automatically reduces the welding current in the event of electrode sticking, making it easier to detach the electrode.
Pulsed MMA: Allows welding with pulsed current, which can be useful for welding thin materials and in forced positions.
In TIG Lift Arc mode, the PROGYS 200 CEL offers precision welding of carbon steel, stainless steel and other non-ferrous metals. The arc is engaged by gently rubbing the electrode against the material to be welded, minimizing the risk of contaminating the weld. The welder also features Gas Post Flow, which allows the shielding gas to flow out after welding is complete.
The PROGYS 200 CEL – WITH ACCESSORIES set usually includes, in addition to the welder itself:
Electrode holder with wire.
Ground wire with clamp.
Basic set of electrodes (including cellulose electrodes).
Wire brush with hammer.
Shoulder strap for easy carrying.
PROGYS 200 CEL has an easy-to-read digital control panel, allowing precise adjustment of all welding parameters. It is protected against overvoltage up to 400V (PROTEC 400) and is suitable for use with generators (+/- 15%). Its compact design and relatively light weight make it a mobile and versatile device for professional welding applications, especially where welding with cellulose electrodes is required.
