The PROTIG 201 AC/DC L kit is a professional, compact TIG AC/DC (direct current and alternating current) welding kit with PULS and MMA (Manual Metal Arc) functions from GYS. The “L” in the name means that the kit includes a built-in liquid cooling system for the TIG handle, which allows welding at higher currents for longer periods without overheating the handle.
With the ability to weld with AC current, it is ideal for welding minium and its alloys, as well as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, magnesium and titanium. The welder offers a maximum welding current of 200 amperes. The kit includes a set of necessary accessories to get started.
