The GYS ROBOTIC SMARTFEED M-4 is a compact and lightweight wire feeder designed specifically for automated MIG/MAG welding applications using industrial and collaborative robots (cobots). Optimized to work with most robots on the market, it maximizes the speed of the robot arm and increases the working area due to its compact size and weight. Equipped with a 4-roller wire feeding mechanism with a 48V DC motor and a maximum feeding speed of 25 m/min, it provides precise feeding of steel, stainless steel and mini wire with diameters from 0.6 to 1.6 mm and core wires from 0.9 to 2.4 mm. It has a standard EURO connection and a collision sensor socket. A 10-pin socket with four additional inputs and four outputs for PLC options is also available. Compatible with GYS NEOPULSE 320 C, NEOPULSE 400 CW, NEOPULSE 400 G and NEOPULSE 500 G welding generators.
