MB 501D 5,00m ERGO is a liquid-cooled MIG/MAG welding chuck from ABICOR BINZEL. It is a top-of-the-line, high-performance handle designed for extreme loads and prolonged work. The ergonomic “Ergo” handle provides maximum comfort and control, even when welding with very high currents. The advanced “D” liquid cooling system guarantees optimum heat dissipation, allowing you to work at 100% duty cycle. It is equipped with a robust ball joint. The chuck offers an impressive load capacity of up to 550 A for CO2 and up to 500 A for gas mixtures at 100% duty cycle. It is designed for wires with a diameter of 1.0 – 1.6 mm.
