The Automig 300 Pulsating Trio is a professional MIG/MAG welding machine with great versatility, thanks to the use of three different torches for welding carbon steel, aluminum and copper. The use of pulsation technology ensures the highest quality welds and precise control of the welding process, even with difficult materials.

Product Features:

• Pulsed welding mode – allows precise welding that minimizes the risk of overheating the material, while ensuring excellent weld quality. This technology is particularly advantageous for welding thin sheets and materials of varying thickness.
• Trio – three burners – the device is equipped with three different burners: ML 150 TWIST 3m (0.8 Fe) for carbon steel, ML 240 TWIST 3m (1.2 Alu) for aluminum and ML 240 TWIST 3m (1.0 Cu) for copper. With this solution, the user has full flexibility to work with different materials, and changing the burner is quick and easy.
• Wire Feeder Roll – The device is equipped with suitable wire feeder rolls, adjusted to 0.8 mm (Fe), 1.2 mm (Alu) and 1.0 mm (Cu) wire diameter, which ensures precise material feeding and welding efficiency.
• ML 150 TWIST 3m (0.8 Fe) torch – designed specifically for welding carbon steel, this torch allows you to make fast but precise welds with durability and resistance to damage.
• ML 240 TWIST 3m (1.2 Alu) torch – ideal for welding aluminum, it provides efficient welding of light metal with high weld quality. It is reliable for working with various types of aluminum, including automotive and structural component manufacturing.
• ML 240 TWIST 3m (1.0 Cu) torch – Dedicated to copper welding, this torch enables fast and precise welding of materials with high electrical conductivity. It is ideal for use in the electrical industry, cable manufacturing and other copper components.
• Inverter technology – the device is based on modern inverter technology, which guarantees high energy efficiency and precise control of welding parameters.
• Extensive parameter adjustment – the user has the ability to adjust all important settings such as voltage, current and wire feed speed for optimal control of the welding process, tailored to the specific material.
