The silver version has been coated with specialized heat-reflective paint, which directly translates into higher comfort in demanding conditions. Technology Details

⚙️Intelligent Modularity – Repair, Don’t Replace

The shell is a fundamental component of Optrel’s modular philosophy, which allows for independent replacement of key visor components. If the shell is mechanically damaged, cracked or worn, there is no need to purchase a whole new visor. All you need to do is reposition your existing, fully operational auto-darkening cartridge (ADF) into the new shell, significantly reducing the equipment’s operating and service costs. This approach also allows for upgrades, for example, by fitting a newer shell with additional features to an older cartridge. Investing in a replacement part instead of the entire device is a rational and economical approach to managing professional equipment.

?️Heat Reflective Coating – Shield Against Infrared Radiation

The silver surface of the shell is not only a matter of aesthetics, but above all an advanced thermal technology. It has been coated with a specialized paint designed to reflect a significant portion of the thermal (infrared) radiation emitted by the welding arc and hot material.
