This eliminates the need for manual adjustment, which is ineffective in changing welding conditions, such as when moving from tacking to filling. The e684 cartridge, for which this shell is dedicated, meets the highest standards of optical classification according to EN379. The 1/1/1/1 designation guarantees perfect image quality in four key categories: optical clarity (no distortion), light scattering (no haze), uniformity of obscuration (even tint over the entire surface of the filter) and angular dependence (clear view even at sharp angles). This allows the welder to see the weld pool and surroundings without any interference. Standard welding filters give the image an unnatural green or amber tint, making it difficult to judge the colors of materials and surroundings. The True-Color filter used in the e684 cartridge transmits a much wider spectrum of light, providing realistic and natural color reproduction in both bright and darkened states. This enables better distinction of details, more precise control of the process and less eye fatigue during long hours of work. The shell on display has been coated with a specialized silver paint with high thermal reflectivity. The e3000X system, with which this shell works, offers a three-stage airflow adjustment at levels of 170, 210 and 240 liters per minute.
