Description

Two-stage cylinder regulators are leverless regulators with a double system of reducing (lowering) the gas pressure. In the first stage, the inlet pressure is reduced to an average height, and in the second stage the required outlet (working) pressure is established. Two-stage regulators, compared with single-stage regulators, are characterized by much greater accuracy in maintaining outlet pressures over the entire range of cylinder emptying. In addition, the regulators are more resistant to freezing at high gas intakes and lower ambient temperatures.
APPLICATION
Two-stage cylinder regulators are used to reduce the pressure of gases drawn directly from cylinders or cylinder batteries to the required operating pressures. These regulators are used in cases of high requirements for accurate maintenance of working pressures and at higher oxygen consumption and low ambient temperatures.The regulators can be used when supplying oxygen cutting torches for sheet metal with a thickness of more than 150 mm
