TELWIN INVERPULSE 60.40 WAVE takes MIG/MAG welding to the next level with advanced pulse functions. The standard Pulse mode is ideal for welding stainless steel and aluminum, reducing the amount of heat input, which minimizes the risk of distortion and improves the aesthetics of the weld, giving it a distinctive, scaly appearance. Pulse welding also means less spatter and better fusion.

For the most demanding applications, especially when welding aluminum, Pulse on Pulse (PoP) mode is available. This is a double pulse that modulates the welding current at two different frequencies, allowing even more precise control of the weld pool. The result is extremely aesthetically pleasing welds of excellent quality, comparable to the TIG AC method, but done at a much higher speed. This feature is particularly useful for welding thin aluminum sheets, where heat control is critical, and for creating fillet welds with high aesthetic and strength requirements.

One of the key advantages of the INVERPULSE 60.40 WAVE is its ability to work with different power sources. The unit automatically detects and adjusts to 230V single-phase or 400V three-phase voltage.
