URANOS NX 3200 PME Design and Cooling

An enclosure made of heat-, shock- and abrasion-resistant material effectively protects the electronics. In addition, we used guided airflow and a protected circuit board, and a linear-controlled fan on demand ensures optimal cooling, which contributes to the stability of the device’s operation.

Wire Feed Unit

The machine is equipped with a built-in 2/4-roll drive wire feeding unit designed by voestalpine Böhler Welding, which guarantees precise and uniform material feeding. In addition, the unit works with wire spools with a diameter of
Ø 200/300 mm, and a full control panel makes it easy to adjust the settings for specific tasks.

URANOS NX 3200 PME Control and Programming Panel

A full digital panel with a color LCD display allows the user to quickly display parameters and automatically save settings,
and also offers backup/restore functions. What’s more, users can save up to 64 of their own programs, and a fully programmable interface secured by a lock key ensures data security.

Network Control and Remote Control

The device allows multiple units to be controlled via Ethernet, so the operator can remotely program and manage the welding process from a PC, greatly improving work in large plants.

Welding Functions

Ideal for electrode welding, the device features built-in arc control functions such as hot start, arc force and antisticking,
that improve weld quality. In addition, synergistic settings automatically select welding parameters, and the device offers spot welding, intermittent welding and bilevel MIG/MAG modes for added versatility.

The device allows you to adjust the wire feed speed in the range of 0.5-22.0 m/min and allows you to fine-tune the amperage
